oak-1.5.0 patch

Patch against oak-1.5.0. Fixes unsafe strcpy calls, adds ability to specify specific base queue firing time, adds a manpage, and ability to specify KRB5CCFILE and KRBTKFILE from oak's config file.

screen ttyname string escape patch

Patch against screen-4.0.2 to add a string escape (%T) which returns name of the tty allocated to the current window.

Best UPS 610 support for NUT

Patch against NUT v2.0.0 to support the Best 610 UPS by allowing the user to configure the ID response string.
Now included in 2.01-pre3 and later.
